Description

A practice package listed as five DVDs, two CDs, and three booklets in the Ken Wilber Fund catalog, which dates it to 2006. Adam Leonard's publisher biography credits him as a co-author and dates the kit to 2005. These may describe different releases; that has not been established.

For the later standalone practice manual, see Integral Life Practice (2008). The precise reuse of the kit's material in that book has not been checked.
